Fee guide

Fees shaped by the file

You receive a written scope and fee before records are transferred. The ranges below cover the files we see most often.

Typical review fees

ReviewTypical scopeFee including VAT
Contribution calculation checkOne option, membership group and contribution periodFrom R1,950
Eligibility evidence reviewPrincipal member and up to four dependants, up to 50 pagesFrom R2,600
Full application contribution & eligibility auditPrincipal member and up to three dependants, up to 80 pagesFrom R4,800
Findings follow-upAdditional 45-minute call after the included sessionR950

The full audit includes a scope call, document schedule, application and contribution reconciliation, written findings report and one 30-minute findings call. A focused check includes a concise written reconciliation rather than the full findings format.

What can change the estimate

A higher quote may apply where the review covers multiple benefit years, more than one scheme option, historic payroll corrections, more dependants, extensive correspondence or records in conflict. Urgent work is accepted only when reviewer capacity allows; we state any urgency fee before booking.

We will not expand the scope quietly. If the documents reveal a separate issue, we pause, explain why it matters and ask whether you want a revised quote.

Booking and payment

A 50% deposit reserves time for a full audit. Focused reviews under R3,000 are payable on booking. The remaining full-audit balance is due once analysis is complete and before release of the report. Fees cover review and explanation, not scheme charges, broker services, legal representation or translation.

If you are unsure which review fits, describe the discrepancy without sharing sensitive records. We usually reply within one business day.
