Eligibility evidence review
A document review for files held up by dependant status, prior membership dates or incomplete proof.
Request this auditMake the evidence trail understandable
This review compares the eligibility statement in an application with the supporting records available. Typical questions concern spouse or partner status, financially dependent adult children, dates of prior medical scheme membership, breaks in cover, student status or employer-group entry dates.
You receive an evidence map stating what each record supports, where dates or relationships conflict and which question should be put to the scheme. We interpret published requirements but do not guarantee admission or advise an applicant to omit a declaration.
Scope and timing
The starting fee of R2,600 including VAT covers one principal member and up to four proposed dependants, with up to 50 pages of records. Most reviews take two to four business days once the agreed evidence set is complete.
If a question requires legal interpretation of scheme rules or a formal dispute, we identify that boundary and recommend obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
