Acceptance and engagement

By using this website, you agree to these terms. A service engagement begins only when we issue written scope and fee terms and you accept them. If the engagement letter conflicts with these website terms, the engagement letter governs that work.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to provide records included in a review. Information supplied must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to access another person’s information.

Nature and limits of the service

Host Routehub provides independent administrative review of medical aid applications, contribution calculations and eligibility evidence. We are not a medical scheme, scheme administrator, financial adviser, law firm or healthcare provider. We do not guarantee admission, underwriting, contribution recovery or any decision by a scheme, employer or regulator. Reports reflect the records and rules available at the agreed review date.

Fees, timing and cancellation

Fees, deposits, delivery estimates and included calls are stated before booking. Timing begins when required records and payment have been received. Client delay, incomplete records or new scope may change delivery. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules appear in our refund policy and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The site design, original text and report formats belong to Host Routehub. You may retain and share a paid report with people reasonably involved in the application. You may not resell, publish or modify it to imply a different conclusion. Medical scheme forms and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

We perform services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by South African law, Host Routehub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, scheme or employer decisions, or loss arising from incomplete, altered or late information. Our aggregate liability relating to an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that apply under mandatory consumer law, nor liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited.

Availability and third-party links

We may correct or withdraw website content and cannot promise uninterrupted access. Links to scheme, regulatory or other third-party sites are provided for context; those sites control their own content and privacy practices.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Please first send a concern to info@host-routehub.digital so we can attempt good-faith resolution. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, South African courts have jurisdiction.
